- We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was shipped. All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely, include the RMA number on the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
